Undo and routing changes
Every change to where calls go is kept: numbers and lines, ring groups, office hours and holidays, When someone calls, and outgoing calls (the order lines are tried and what each calling level allows). A mistake is one click away from being put right.
Saved. Undo
After each change, Saved. and Undo show at the bottom of the page for 10 seconds.

- Undo puts it back as it was just before. Then Redo puts your change back again.
- If someone else changed the routing since, Undo stops and points you to Routing changes, so their change isn’t undone too.
Routing changes
System → Routing changes lists the last 50 changes: when, who, and what.

- See the change shows it before and after, in the same sentences as the screens (“Calls ring Sara Haddad, then Reception, 15 seconds each”).
- Put this back puts the routing back to how it was just before that change. It first shows what that will change now. Putting a version back is a new line in the list, so it can be undone too.

Good to know:
- Putting back an older version undoes every change after it too. Check the list it shows first.
- A ring group added since is removed, with its voicemail messages. A ring group removed since comes back, with an empty voicemail.
- Someone removed since stays removed: their calls go to “not available”.
- Phone lines and numbers themselves aren’t put back, only who they ring. A line added since keeps its place for outgoing calls, after the others.
- Turning calls abroad or premium-rate calls back on asks you to confirm it’s you, as when you change it directly.
- Reporters see the list but can’t put anything back.
